Job Description
We are currently seeking a phlebotomist to serve as an instructor for our Phlebotomy course. This part-time opportunity provides a rewarding chance to educate and inspire aspiring professionals. The position involves teaching scheduled classes from Monday through Thursday, 2:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. , 8/18/25 - 10/13/25. With opportunities for additional classes in the future.
Job Duties
Instruct students in a classroom and laboratory environment to prepare them for the job field.
Manage a classroom of students with various learning styles.
Effectively achieve the objectives of each course taught.
Submit grades and attendance in a timely manner.
Prepare students to become a Certified Phlebotomy Technician.
Job Skills/Requirements
Be a current Certified Phlebotomy Technician or have a nursing degree with phlebotomy experience.
Teaching experience is a plus.
Must be able to pass a background check.
The ideal candidate will be highly personable, outgoing and must exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal abilities and have a track record of achieving results by working through other people.
